Continuity of care after Cuba
Treatment at CIREN is intensive, but recovery continues after a patient returns home. NeuroCuba's patient coordination team helps bridge that transition with structured remote follow-up.
What remote follow-up includes
- Telemedicine check-ins with the Cuban clinical team.
- Guidance on continuing rehabilitation exercises at home.
- Coordination of medication guidance where appropriate and permitted.
- Ongoing communication with family caregivers.
Who is it for?
Remote follow-up is available to patients who have completed an on-site program, as well as those for whom travel to Cuba is not immediately possible. Eligibility is confirmed after medical record review.
